Avoid uk meds

AVOID UK MEDS! Dreadful customer service and their services offered are misleading! Their website & app shows next day delivery if ordered before 2:30pm, also free delivery over £50. I ordered an injectable medication that needs to be kept chilled, cost of order was over £200, I did not get free delivery. I ordered on Monday expecting to take delivery Tuesday or Wednesday, I waited at home all Wednesday, all Thursday and NOTHING, the customer service department was unhelpful and rude. They use Yodel (cheap and slow), tracking was updated on Friday, while I was attending a hospital appointment, giving me just over 1 hours notice to get back home and receive the delivery, which I couldn’t do as I was in hospital.
So 4 days it took to attempt delivery with hardly any notice! They are oblivious it seems to the fact people can’t just sit around for days waiting for their substandard services. Apparently it wasn’t dispatched until Wednesday, Yodel has taken 2 days to collect and another 2 days to attempt delivery.
If and when I do manage to get the medication it will no doubt be spoiled.
I will never deal with these amateurs again!!
Use a more reputable professional honest company AVOID UK MEDS.

DO NOT PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

I've done it twice and both times the didn't deliver it next day. It's not the £4.95, it's the stress of not getting the medication on time.

This time I asked for my £4.95 back. This was their reply:

"Hi there,
Due to our delivery services not being a guarantee i am unable to offer you a refund or a credit for the shipping charges.
We apologise for the inconvenience.

How would you rate my reply?"

I give them 1 star because they offer a good range medications available wihout a prescription. BUT they should make it more clear that next day delivery is an aspiration on their part and not a guarantee.

Stay away

Don't waste your time, or money with UK Meds.
It took nine days before they even dispatched my order, during which time I messaged them twice asking for an update. To which I never received a reply.
It's funny how they can't reply to me, but they can email and text with numerous spam marketing messages. If they only looked after their existing customer, they wouldn't have to do so much marketing, as customer recommendations would bring in new business. Unfortunately, bad service and the associated reviews spread faster.

I had an external pile

I had an external pile, which I had never had before and had been using over the counter creams for a week which just seemed to maintain the issue.I then decided I needed a PERSCRIPTION for the piles and completed an on line assessment in order to buy a cream that would rid me of the pile.Instead of just providing me with creams that needed a prescription the site just listed all the pile treatments available which was useless, as I then had to call my local chemist and ask which cream I should get to get rid of my pile..... something this company should have done but didn't. Listing all the creams is not what I thought was going to happen But hey.... Said pile is going

Second to None

I am a very satisfied customer. Once I had given the required information the speed and efficiency which it was dealt with was second to none. At every point I was updated by email about what was going to happen next. The item was securely packaged and arrived earlier than expected. This is a great service which I will definitely use again and have already told my friends about it.

Always problems

Every time I have tried to re-order there is a problem, the page tells me that I have already re-ordered, or it won't accept the code or both. I'm trying to re-order my prescription and can't! SO frustrating!!!

The order and goods are fine in…

The order and goods are fine in themselves, but the way this company conducts it's after sales is utterly appalling.My advice is to give a fake phone number because the incessant harassment by marketing text messages and e mails subsequent to ordering from this company is simply way beyond acceptable.Used twice now, and dare say this will be the last time. I shall try elsewhere next time. Anything for a quiet life.

Amazing!

Amazing! I spoke with Ashley Digva and she was extremely helpful of what I needed. Unfortunately because of the bank holiday there was a delay with my medication that needed to be taken within three days but Ashley contacted me to tell me this wouldn't arrive on time for me to take and advised me of another medication I could take and had it sent out immediately and it arrived the next day. I was also advised to go to my local pharmacy if I couldn't wait but this wasn't possible for me. I will definitely be using again.
